Request account deletion
Email privacy@updates.elvya.live from the address attached to your Elvya account. State clearly that you want your Elvya account and associated data deleted.
You can use this email pathway even if you no longer have the app. Elvya may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request. Never send your password.
Delete through the app
Open Profile, choose Privacy & Settings, then choose Request Account Deletion and confirm. Your access is revoked immediately after the request is accepted.
What deletion covers
Deletion covers the account, private media, optional analytics profile, and user-specific caches where no fixed legal, security, backup, or platform retention applies. Limited records may remain until their documented retention period expires.
Account deletion is irreversible and removes unused credits. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel any legacy subscription through the store first to stop renewal.
