Scope and contact
These Terms govern use of the Elvya mobile app and related services. Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@updates.elvya.live.
Eligibility and account
You must be 18 years old or older to create an Elvya account. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell Elvya if you believe your account is compromised. Do not create an account for a child or teenager.
The service
Elvya helps you organize a private digital wardrobe, plan outfits, receive personalized styling recommendations, create saved looks, track wears, and optionally use AI-assisted garment, avatar, body-estimate, and virtual try-on features. Features may depend on your device, region, plan, allowance, provider availability, or a separately requested permission or consent.
Your content and permission to process it
You keep ownership of photos, links, wardrobe details, feedback, and other content you submit. You give Elvya a limited permission to host, copy, transform, analyze, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the features you request and to comply with law. Upload content only when it belongs to you or you have permission to use it. Elvya does not make your private wardrobe or likeness content public through a social feed.
Acceptable use
Do not use Elvya to violate law or another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other rights; upload another person's likeness without permission; submit illegal, abusive, exploitative, or malicious content; probe or disrupt the service; bypass credit limits or purchase verification; automate abusive traffic; or reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it.
AI recommendations
Garment metadata, recommendations, measurements, avatars, and try-on images may be generated or assisted by AI. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Treat them as styling guidance, not professional, medical, safety, tailoring, identity, or guaranteed sizing advice. Review an output before relying on, saving, or sharing it.
Credits and purchases
One-time AI credit packs are purchased through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Before confirmation, Elvya and the store checkout show the localized price and credit quantity. Purchased credits have no cash value, have no scheduled expiry while the account remains active, and are added only after Elvya verifies the store transaction. Free weekly credits reset on the schedule shown in the app. A legacy subscription, if one already exists on an account, remains governed by the recurring price, period, and renewal terms shown by the store.
Billing, cancellations, and refunds
Apple or Google handles charges and refund requests under its platform terms and applicable law. A refunded, charged-back, or revoked purchase may remove unused credits. If an account has a legacy subscription, the store also handles its management and cancellation; canceling normally stops future renewal while access continues through the paid period. Deleting the Elvya account does not cancel a store subscription.
Service availability and changes
Elvya may change, limit, pause, or retire features for safety, legal, provider, maintenance, or product reasons. Elvya does not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of generated outputs. Material changes to paid recurring value, pricing, or these Terms will be handled through the applicable store rules, advance notice where required, and non-waivable consumer rights.
Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using Elvya, delete likeness data, or request account deletion through Privacy Settings or the external account-deletion path. Elvya may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal necessity, with notice where reasonably possible. Account deletion is irreversible, removes unused credits with the account, does not cancel a legacy store subscription, and may leave limited records in fixed-retention logs, backups, or records required by law as described in the Privacy Notice.
Third-party services
Elvya relies on app stores, hosting, storage, analytics, observability, weather, and AI-processing services. Their availability and their own processing may be governed by separate terms. Elvya remains responsible for choosing and configuring its processors as required by applicable law.
Elvya rights and consumer protections
The Elvya app, branding, software, and service content other than your content are owned by Elvya or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, guarantees, or liability that applicable consumer law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Privacy and terms changes
The Privacy Notice explains personal-data handling and is not merged into optional consent choices. If these Terms change materially, Elvya will identify the new version and request renewed acceptance where required. Continued use will not be treated as consent to a new optional data purpose.
